+2026-09-27 核对发现原聚合入口同时引用两环境管理凭据，且全局 namespace 会作用于集群级 Instance。
+[PR #167](https://git.ddupan.top/panxiao81/homelab-infra/pulls/167) 修正声明并新增离线隔离验证，尚未合并。
+本轮只修改数据库侧材料，未更改数据库、Bao 身份或 Ayatori 控制面；不以渲染通过替代 Instance Ready。
