部署后 ExternalSecret 报错，原因是重命名后的清单仍引用不存在的 k8s/microvm-runner。改为与组件名称一致的 k8s/dynamic-runner，并同步 README。

待使用有权限的 Bao 会话写入 webhook_secret 后即可恢复同步。
