Grafana 从专用 Tailscale Ingress 迁移到 grafana.ad.ddupan.top，使用现有 Envoy HTTPS listener；同步 root_url、Authelia OIDC 回调与 Samba DNS 声明。保留原 PVC 和认证策略。

补充 process-exporter 0.8.7、专用 AppArmor 只读 profile 和内存/Swap 看板。采集进程及 VM PSS/SwapPss，每分钟抓取；profile 已在 laptop 加载。

验证：Kustomize 渲染及 HTTPRoute 服务端 dry-run 通过；20 条看板查询通过；PSS 已入库；DNS 已精确创建；Authelia 暂时同时允许新旧回调，待 Grafana 切换后移除旧回调。
