行为变更

唯一部署行为是移除 HelmRelease 的 suspend: true，让 Flux 执行已审核的 chart 12.7.0 / Gitea 1.27.3-rootless。

明确接受的风险

按操作者决定，第二跳不建立新的 1.26.4 数据库/PVC 备份。若 1.27 migration 后失败：

• 不能无损回退到 1.26.4
• 现有本地 1.25.5 备份只能用于灾难恢复
• 使用该备份会丢失第一跳升级后的状态
• 该备份也没有 OCI/异机副本

已完成准备

• chart/image/suspend 目标已通过准备 PR 原子登记
• 1.27.3-rootless 镜像已预拉取
• chart 渲染、Kustomize build、yamllint、server-side dry-run、git diff --check 通过
• live HelmRelease 仍 suspended
• live Gitea 1.26.4 Ready、零重启
• 1.26.4 API、OIDC 登录、Git push/delete、Flux source 与 CI 均已验收

合并后将执行跨 minor 数据库 migration 与 Recreate Pod replacement。
