第二阶段

  • 移除 HelmRelease 的 suspend: true
  • chart 继续固定为 gitea 12.5.3（Gitea 1.25.5）
  • values、release name、数据库、PVC 和 Secret 引用保持不变
  • 启用 Flux drift detection

第一阶段验收

  • Flux 已同步 revision bcf4f5c
  • HelmRepository、子 Kustomization 与 HTTPRoute 均 Ready
  • Helm release 仍为 revision 14
  • Gitea Deployment generation 未变
  • 原 Pod 未重建、持续 Running 且零重启

第二阶段验证

  • 固定 chart 的完整 render 对 live 业务资源零差异
  • 唯一 diff 是不常驻的 Helm test hook Pod
  • Kustomize build、yamllint、server-side dry-run 与 git diff --check 通过
  • 手工 gitea-oidc-secret 不在 Flux inventory 中，不会被覆盖

合并后由 Flux 首次 reconcile；重点确认 Helm revision 更新但 Deployment/Pod 不 rollout。
