状态更新

• 记录 k3s v1.36.4 与 Flux v2.9.5 已上线
• 将自动部署、replicas 漂移修复和 scoped prune 标记为已验证
• 明确 root 继续保持 prune: false
• 将原实施 Phase 4 标记完成

下一步决策

首个 HelmRelease adoption 选择 gitea-actions：

• 不承载 Git、入口、DNS、证书、数据库或 secrets controller
• chart 0.1.1 和 values 已在仓库固定
• token 已由 ExternalSecret 提供
• live StatefulSet 与 Git 都是 regular DinD
• Helm 保存的旧 release values/manifest 仍是失败的 rootless 配置

接管 PR 只修正 ownership/stored-state drift，不升级 chart；稳定后另开升级 PR。
