  • 新增 storage.retention：panxiao81/backstage 只保留 ^latest$ tag；历史 sha tag 及失去 tag 的 digest 在 delay 24h 后由 GC 回收。
  • 末尾 ** 兜底策略保留全部 tag，其他仓库行为不变。
  • 当前 Backstage Deployment 引用的 digest 正是 latest，回收不影响运行。
  • 已用同 digest 的 zot v2.1.21 镜像 zot verify 校验生成的 config.json：config file is valid。

Backstage dev images are tracked by digest behind :latest, so the per-commit
sha tags pushed before that change only accumulate. Retain every tag in all
other repositories via an explicit catch-all policy.
