变更

  • 将 GitOps 状态更新为 Flux v2.9.5 已上线
  • 记录 GitRepository 与 root Kustomization 在合并 revision 上 Ready
  • 记录 Contour namespace、RBAC、GatewayClass 与 CRD 已清理
  • 将下一步收敛为低风险 Flux canary

本 PR 仅同步已经验证过的实际状态，不包含新的集群变更。
