移除 OpenSandbox 渲染结果中的 ci-pod Pool，固定执行边界：普通 Pod job 只在 homelab 原生 Kubernetes 运行，OpenSandbox 只保留 ci-vm Kata/microVM Pool。

验证：kubectl kustomize platform/sandbox-ci-runners 仅渲染 ci-vm Pool。
