关联 #94。

  • 新增固定到 spire-0.30.2-ddupan.1 tag 的内部 GitRepository；
  • HelmRelease 从上游 HelmRepository 切换到 fork 中的 ./charts/spire；
  • 保留现有 sandbox PSAT profile 的 node UID 行为；
  • 新增 sandbox-kata profile，复用 sandbox kubeconfig，仅该 profile 启用 usePodUIDForAgentID；
  • 首期只允许 spire-smoke:spire-smoke，用于回归验证。

已完成 kubectl kustomize、fork chart helm lint 和 helm template。最终渲染确认 homelab/sandbox 为 use_pod_uid_for_agent_id=false，sandbox-kata 为 true。
