Summary

  • mark the homelab redesign as implementation in progress
  • record the live Gitea remote, instance-scoped runner, Helm release, PVC and OpenBao-projected token
  • correct the stale rootless/repository-scoped runner description
  • mark completed and partial roadmap steps without changing future architecture
  • leave Flux, off-site mirroring and recovery verification explicitly pending
