修改

只移除 External Secrets HelmRelease 的 suspend：

chart 继续固定为 2.8.0
values 不变
release name/namespace 不变
drift detection 保持 enabled
子 Kustomization 继续 prune: false

第一阶段验收

Flux source 与 child Kustomization Ready
Helm release 保持 revision 1
三个 controller Pod UID 与接管前一致
三个 Pod Ready、零重启
OpenBao ClusterSecretStore 与 6 个 ExternalSecrets 均健康

合并后验收

Flux 应完成一次 Helm ownership adoption；允许 Helm revision 增加，但三个 Deployment 的 Pod template 不应变化，不应发生 rollout。随后复查 HelmRelease Ready、Pod UID、ClusterSecretStore 和全部 ExternalSecrets。
