Recreate → RollingUpdate（maxSurge 1, maxUnavailable 0），升级时旧 Pod 在新 Pod Ready 前继续服务，消除停机窗口，也避免旧 Pod 被杀时持有的定时任务被标记为 lost。
多实例安全性：scheduler 锁、event bus、auth 签名密钥均在 PostgreSQL；session 为无状态 JWT。
节点内存 requests 34%，Backstage 实际约 226Mi，短暂双 Pod 余量充足。
