按维护者明确约定，新增监控资源优先使用 Prometheus Operator CRD。本次将第一批 21 条新增告警的三份声明由 VMRule 切换为 PrometheusRule，沿用已恢复工作的 VictoriaMetrics Operator 转换器；KSM 使用 ServiceMonitor，NATS 使用 PodMonitor。

规则名称、表达式、标签与持续时间保持一致。转换产物使用同 namespace/name 的 VMRule；合并后核对转换内容与正式规则总数 68，避免重复评估。现有历史 VMRule 不在本次迁移范围。

验证：promtool 检查与 8 组语义测试、Kustomize 渲染、PrometheusRule server dry-run 通过。该约定同步到 homelab-wiki 的架构约束和运维指南。
