删除 homelab 根 Kustomization 中的 gitea-actions 引用及整套 platform/gitea-runner 清单。前置 PR 已将子 Kustomization 的 prune 设为 true，因此删除 Kustomization 时会级联清理 HelmRelease、StatefulSet、旧 SPIFFE 与 secret projection 等资源。动态 runner 已承担显式 pod/vm-dev labels。
