部署 gitea-dynamic-runner main 5466141 对应的 controller 镜像 digest。该版本增加 JSON slog 生命周期事件，用于定位 VM assignment 从接收、backend 创建、SPIFFE 绑定、runner claim 到 ACK 的完整路径。已通过 yamllint、kustomize render 和 Kubernetes server dry-run。
