用 Terraform 管理 Nexus provider 输入、匿名用户、最小只读 privilege 与 role
补充 Ansible 成员 proxy 权限，适配制品 URL 指向 proxy 的行为
记录 OpenBao kv/infra/nexus 注入约定和现场冷热缓存结果
记录宿主机 SPIRE 1.15.3 CLI 安装与官方 checksum

现场验证

Flux/Pod Ready，PVC Bound，HTTPS status API 200
Samba DNS apply 后 check-mode changed=0
Terraform apply 后 plan: No changes
community.general 11.2.0：8.49s → 1.89s，SHA-256 一致
golang.org/x/text v0.30.0：2.92s → 1.51s

本地检查

terraform fmt -check -recursive
terraform init -backend=false -input=false
terraform validate
git diff --check

当前 CI runner 正在重构，以上为本轮人工验证依据。
